With the Legislative Decree 25 June 2010, No. 128, was approved a major new remedial decree code ambientale.Dopo comment on amendments to the General principles on this issue are analyzed sull'atorizzazione integrated environmental news (AIA), EIA and SEA. In particular, the AIA, previously contained in Legislative Decree no. N, 59/2005, is transposed into Part Two, Decree 152/2006, in order to centralize in a single regulatory provisions concerning the various environmental permits, the environmental impact assessment of new projects and works, as well as the link between administrative procedures.
