Attachments 3A and 3B at TU: simplicity and certainty criteria to define
The Leg. N.106/2009 decided by the amendment to Article. 40, TU, that Annexes 3 rd, "medical records and risk and 3B," Information on the data gathered and health risk of workers undergoing medical surveillance ", to be redefined by a decree of specific Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Policies also cover a change in the mode of transmission of the information contained in Annex 3B. In order to make simple, effective and efficient system of collection and management of health data, the Anma, after an initial period of application of the rule on and after some reflection, has developed a number of interesting proposals.
