As you know February 4, 2010 came into force on cd Brunetta Decree (No. 206 of December 18, 2009) on "Determination of availability of slots for the civil service in case of sick leave" legislation that has "tightened up" - than the previous statutory provisions - the extent of times when there is an obligation and search for the absent employee illness (from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 18 even in non-working days and holidays).
