STRESS. THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSESSING THE RISK GROUPS IN HOMOGENEOUS
On 31 December 2010, after several postponements the last of which is provided by D.Lgs.n.106/2009 the legislative deadline to complete the process of risk assessment work stress -related. As regards the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has published a letter circulated November 18, 2010 , Prot N. 15/SEGR/0023692, the operational guidelines necessary for this evaluation identified by the Standing Advisory Committee on health and safety. As reported in the ministerial document, the risk assessment work-related stress, divided into two phases, should be performed on all workers, according to homogeneous groups of risk. The first phase consists of a preliminary assessment that will cover the collection of objective indicators, the second, if any, should be done only in case of detection of risk factors for work-related stress.
