Since the accident prevention rules are specifically designed to avoid the consequences of reckless or negligent conduct of employees, these may not be effective excuse (albeit partial) as to those burdened by debt security. This even if the employee has agreed to lend its activities in a dangerous situation, given the unavailability of the right to protect the integrity or mental health.
