ACCIDENT AND LIABILITY 'HEAD YARD
The foreman is certainly appropriate person to identify the correct application of safety rules, or at least to those of common prudence, for the prevention of accidents in which employees may be involved or third persons outside the work. Neither has any relief that could be guaranteed more security for workers, as if more are the holders of the position of warranty or obligation to prevent the event, each is addressed in full the obligation of protection imposed by law until not end the relationship that has legitimized the establishment of that position to guarantee, for which the failure application of a caution accident prevention is attributable to each of the holders of that position.
